PROJECT SCOPE
The Works consisted of the construction of earthworks, roadworks, stormwater drainage, water reticulation, sewer reticulation and electrical and telecommunication ducting for the new allotments.
The Orchard is sat on 113 hectares of natural bush off Jensen’s Darling Road. A $43 million large lot master planned community development by Elements North Queensland. The Orchard Stage 1 offers 34 large residential blocks starting from 1,000 sqm and some being elevated. The Orchard is close to schools, shopping centres, parks and recreation.
